In 2021, the company name changed, and we are committed to providing the same high-quality training and coaching services that clients have known and trusted for over 30 years.

Debbie Kirtland is the President of Upskill and Win (formerly known as DJ Consultants, Inc.), a firm dedicated to transforming the workplace by providing efficiency and productivity coaching and training.
Since 2000, she has been an efficiency expert, business productivity consultant, and speaker. Tired of the theories and so called “fluff” in the time management industry, she wanted to bring a real “meat and potatoes” solution to the chaotic workplace.
For the past 22 years, Debbie has been teaching innovative principals and redefining the way businesses utilize existing tools to reduce technology related stress, manage information overload, and produce results.
From Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, she has helped thousands take back control of their time and day with simple and effective solutions.

Daphene Jones will be providing executive oversight to Upskill and Win. She is a renowned time management expert, business productivity consultant, and speaker. Formerly she was the President and owner of DJ Consultants, Inc. a company she founded in 1991 to transform the workplace and provide efficiency and productivity coaching and training.
In December of 2011, she became an author and published “Our Southern Breeze”. Not only is this this is a story of forgiveness, restoration, and second chances, it is an inspiring story of entrepreneurship.
Although she retired in 2020, Daphene will be offering her extensive professional experience and significant leadership skills to facilitate a successful future for Upskill and Win.
