Hands on learning using practice emails, the workshops will show your team how to save time by learning how to use this powerful business asset.
All workshops are highly interactive and require that the participants work in their Outlook inbox.
Classes are taught in 2 or 4 hour Workshops
The Quick Start Program:
The class be delivered virtually or in a classroom.
All workshops are highly interactive and require that the participants work in their Outlook inbox. A desktop version of Outlook is required.
A Quick Start Guide is provided electronically that contains steps for all skills taught in class.
Practice emails are sent prior to the workshop and are used to implement new skills as they are taught.
For classroom training we will need:
- Laptop or training computer with the ability for participants to log into their Outlook account.
- Internet connection
- Overhead projector to display PowerPoint presentation
For virtual training we will need:
- Zoom access
- Participants need the ability to view the presentation and work in their Outlook Inbox. Choose from these options:
- Additional laptop
- Dual Monitors
- Zoom app on phone
